Sometimes when an automaker comes creates an amazing new design for a car and doesn't have the resources to physically build it, they will bring it to life digitally. In recent years these digital cars have been showing up primarily in the Gran Turismo video games. These car companies will actually design vehicles with real specs and then hand them over to the game company for the entire world to try driving from home.

Subaru recently did this with the Viziv GT, a car based on the Viziv Concept that debuted in Geneva a few years back. This aggressively styled racer looks like roided-up version of the BRZ, and we love it.

Pretty cool right. Subaru designers say that the virtual car was theoretically built with lots of carbon fiber so it only weighs in at 3,000 lbs. Now we just need to get a copy of this game for the showroom here at Don Miller Subaru West.
