Just like Impreza is to the WRX, the Forester is to the all-new Forester tS. Put more simply, the brains over at Subaru Tecnica International (STI) have just launched a tuned-up version of the Subaru Forester in Japan. This model offers a whole new level of performance and we are already praying that it eventually comes state-side.
The Forester tS comes with a turbocharged 2.0-liter four-cylinder engine paired with a CVT. It uses special software to control the performance of the engine as well as a cooler for the transmission. The suspension of this model has been lowered and larger 19-inch BBS wheels are standard. On top of all that, awesome design changes have been made throughout the interior and exterior of the car giving it a much more aggressive and sporty feel.
