If last month's sales numbers were any indication, our favorite automaker here at Don Miller Subaru West has gotten off to an awfully good start this year. With a little over eight months left to go, we can only imagine how they'll invariably outdo themselves.
And now that we've feasted our eyes upon the 2015 Subaru Outback, something tells us this is going to be a year to remember.
If you weren't there to see it take the stage at the 2014 New York International Auto Show last week, then it's high time we caught you up to speed.
In terms of styling, drivers can expect some refined changes to the overall look of the Outback including a lowered grille, fog-light cladding and a faster rake to the windshield. In terms of performance, it'll come outfitted with a 2.5-liter four-cylinder boxer engine that delivers up to 175 horsepower, 174 lb.-ft. of torque and 33mpg on the highway.
As far as features go, the rear-view camera and 6.2- or 7-inch touchscreen infotainment systems come standard. Throw in some available cutting-edge technologies like lane change assist, rear cross traffic alert and Subaru's EyeSight system, and it's easy to see why we're chomping at the bit to get behind the wheel.
