Covid-19 Update

All your Don Miller locations are open for all of your automotive needs.   

In order to protect the health and safety of our customers, team, and community, our Don Miller vehicle sales associates are available mostly by appointment. However, we also welcome drive-in visits. Please call 888-741-0449 to speak to a New Car sales associate or 844-846-6447 to speak to a Pre-Owned Car sales associate.

Our service departments are open for drop off service by appointment. Please call  888-641-2054 to speak directly to our Service Department and we'd be happy to assist you.

Don Miller Body Shop is open and available for estimates, drop-off, and pick-up. Please call 608-258-3555 to speak directly to our body shop team.

Additional safety measures we are taking:

To support social distancing recommendations, we have modified our employee work schedules in order to reduce the number of team members who are present in each or our stores at any one time.

  • We have temporarily moved our customer waiting area to our large reception area.  When you arrive, please use the center door service entrance.  Please remain in your car and our staff with greet you and check in your vehicle.
  • We have temporarily suspended shuttle service. 
Loaner cars are available for all your Service Department needs, including oil changes!

We appreciate your patience and understanding during this difficult time. We will do our best to make your vehicle purchase and service experience safe and seamless.

Here at Don Miller Subaru East, helping to keep our customers and team members safe and healthy is out chief concern. So, we're returning to business with enhanced safety measures to help keep you and our employees healthy. These measures include adjusting schedules, ramping up our cleaning process, and more to create a healthier, more sanitary environment here at our Subaru dealership.

We are continuing to monitor information from the CDC as well as state health authorities so that we are up to date on the best practices for making our dealership a safer, healthier place to be. Here is a closer look at some of the extra steps we're taking to help keep our community well:

Showroom Experience

We're limiting the capacity of our showroom to make it easier to practice social distancing. Additionally, we are strongly encouraging that our customers schedule sales appointments ahead of time so that we can provide you with the best possible customer service when you arrive.

Sanitization Efforts

  • Adhering to CDC-recommended six feet of social distancing between team members and customers
  • Daily thorough cleanings our facilities
  • Sanitizing surfaces and touch points
  • Providing our employees with handwashing instructions as well as emphasizing the importance of staying home if they feel unwell
  • Making hand sanitizer available for use at our dealership
