The standard WRX engine is all-new. It now comes with a 2.4-liter turbocharged four-cylinder Boxer engine that produces 271-horsepower and 258 pounds-feet of torque, replacing the standard 2.0-liter engine from previous years to let you enjoy more standard horsepower and torque on your trips around Middleton and Fitchburg.
You can choose a six-speed manual transmission, or enjoy the all-new Subaru Performance Transmission that uses paddle shifting to let you control an eight-speed manual mode to deliver 30% faster upshifts and 50% faster downshifts.
All models also now come with an updated track-tuned suspension that's designed to offer better cornering, stability, and steering balance.
The inside and outside of each WRX model is also redesigned for a bolder appearance. Other upgrades to the interior include a new D-Shaped steering wheel, an available 11.6-inch touchscreen display, bucket seats, and more.
