The Subaru Impreza has long been known for its substance -- its standard all-wheel drive AWD and its impeccable safety record. Now get to know the Impreza for its style and technology.
The 2017 Impreza was recently unveiled at the 2016 New York Auto Show to a sea of raving critics. The upcoming Impreza is built on the all-new Subaru Global Platform, and its sporty looks give it an edge over its predecessor. Its lower and wider than the outgoing model, and its signature Hawkeye headlights are reshaped for a more athletic aesthetic.
The strong body lines make the Impreza look substantially sportier -- and it feels sportier, too, with its increased horsepower and improved continuously variable transmission. But don't worry about all of the additions and modifications; the Impreza is still balanced by a standard Symmetrical AWD.
