Subaru Officially Reveals the 2020 Legacy at the 2019 Chicago Auto Show

As we turn the page on the previous decade, Subaru is looking to the future. Recently at the 2019 Chicago Auto Show, the company pulled back the curtain on its latest iteration of their high-profile mid-size, the 2020 Subaru Legacy. Suffice it to say; the 2020 Legacy certainly has the look of a mid-size car that aims to open the new decade in style.

In an official press release, Subaru has cited three core tenants that represent their design for the 2020 Legacy; quietness, stability, and agility. They plan to accomplish this with an upgraded 2.5-liter Boxer engine that outperforms last year’s model with a power output of 182 horsepower. The New XT models will come standard with an even stronger engine, 2.4-liter turbocharged Boxer engine capable of delivering up to 260 horsepower.

The 2020 Legacy also features an upscaled interior that is layered with high-grade materials and a soothing aesthetic. A brand-new 11.6-inch Starlink Multimedia screen sits comfortably in the dashboard and aims to function closer to a tablet than your typical touchscreen.

The 2020 Subaru Legacy will arrive at Don Miller Subaru West in Fall of 2019.
